Inspired by the Adafruit FLORA Brooch, this version uses a Gemma microcontroller. I wanted to use the smallest microcontroller and battery I could find so the emphasis would be on the wiring, code, and pixel color. I painted the battery and connection wires black, glued it to the Gemma, and placed a magnetic clip onto the back of the brooch. I prefer magnets to pins as pins can damage clothing. The inside stripped metal wire is the ground, the top wire is the power, and the middle wire is the data coming from the Gemma.
